Long lasting verification and account blocked


Hi team,

Thank you so much for providing such platform to raise complaints and make some hopes.

Parimatch Account ID < ID Removed >

My account is blocked without informing and while reaching out to them through support option they are just asking to wait and have patience.

Over email they asked for several documents for verification which is also shared many time but still without any reason they blocked my account.

I have deposited and withdrawal as well initially but suddenly when I won’t some good amount in cricket betting through their exchange account so I tried to withdrawal. Initially they have rejected my request by saying to use 70% of deposit in Parimatch app for withdrawal. I did that as well but now they blocked me. I am following up with them since 24th June and no one is helping me out.

And since 30th June 2022 their exchange account option is not even available where my major amount of balance was kept by reaching out them on this, they are saying it will be added in your account soon but not yet added.

Please help me with the issue and try to get my money back

I am still not able to withdraw my deposits evenand not able to raise request through IMPS.

Dear @Askgamblers, First of all i would like to thanks to you again for giving such platform where actually our problem can be discuss and get solution as well.
I would like to request you to please have a look on the supports or evidence they provided you and help me to get my wining amount amount as well (as much possible). I lost even a lot in parimatch , so i think i deserve to get some amount of my winning also.

Hi Parimatch ,


Thanks for activating my withdrawl. I appreciate you guys allowing me to withdrawl my deposits , however its completely unfair to writeoff my entire profit amount when i have not made any intentional error.

I had an account with my old mobile number but due to some personal issues i had to surrender that number and took a new number. If i had to do any fraud or something then why would i opened a new account and that on my name only.


You could have write off 10%-15% which seems quite fair also but this was very unfair from any of the international company.

And when you have such an amazing tech department then you could have stopped at first place to open any new on same name and same ID.


Hope you consider my request and do some needful.
