INR 85000 withdrawal pending for a week

Team - My player ID on Parimatch is 684407601

I made a withdrawal of INR 85822 - screenshot.of withdrawal attached. Parimatch team are saying that withdrawal has been successfully processed - however it has been almost a week and I have still not received the amount in my bank account. The customers representatives are saying guidelines for payment to reflect in bank account is a maximum of 3 days and payment will reflected by 26th Dec ( screenshot of chat attached). No payment has reached my account - while customer reps are saying payment has been successfully processed. This is plain and pure fraud.

Sharing .my bank statement till date as well. This is highly concerning amd request an immediate resolution

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that payment was made to the player's bank account, as shown in the screenhot casino team provided. Complainant is asked to carefully check the screenshot from the casino post, bank account detail is visible, as well as UTR transaction related.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Sharing an update - attaching my latest bank account statement from 21st DEC to 14th Jan (Password : 63386449). Confirming that no funds have been received from Parimatch till date . Its nearly 30 days now since the withdrawal was made and 2 weeks since the complaint has been open. Request Parimatch to:
1) check my account statement and highlight where the withdrawal has been credited. The UTR no you have shared is not reflected on my bank account statement.
2)Given I have been transparent all along and shared all documents required, request Parimatch to share a legitimate transaction receipt and a bank statement (not a screenshot of some internal portal which has already been proven ot be fake)
3) Given this has been a month of harassment by Parimatch officials, request Askgamblers to intervene and escalate this issue to the highest severity,

Hi Askgamblers team,.

I would request you to intervene here as well.Given Parimatch’s continued failure to provide any proof of a successful payment, I have serious concerns as to whether these transactions were ever properly executed. I have shared my bank account statement multiple times now and there is no record corresponding to the transaction Parimatch made. I have officially checked with my bank as well - the response is in case there is a successful transaction it should be reflected in the account statement ( which I have provided multiple times)

I will continue to cooperate fully, but I strongly request your continued help until all outstanding funds are received.

By the way - resharing my bank statement again ( account number and IFSC code corresponding to the fake screenshot you posted). Please let me know which transaction in my account statement corresponds to the fake transaction screenshot? Stop playing games and refund my money.

Also share a succesful transaction receipt ins read of lying and cheating customers.

Missing UPI Deposits Not Credited to Betting Account or Refunded to Bank
I am submitting this complaint against Parimatch regarding two successful UPI deposits that have neither been credited to my casino/sportsbook balance nor returned to my bank account. Despite providing indisputable financial proof, the customer support team has failed to offer a proper resolution.On May 30, 2026, and June 3, 2026, I initiated two separate deposit transactions via UPI. Both transactions were successfully debited from my bank accounts, but my Parimatch account balance remains unchanged. The Issue:I have reached out to Parimatch customer support multiple times and shared my official bank statements showing that these funds successfully left my accounts. However, I continue to receive repetitive, automated, or unhelpful responses. It has been several days, and the casino has neither located my funds to credit them to my profile nor initiated a reverse payout to my bank accounts. Hi Team,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding two withdrawal transactions from my PariMatch account that are showing as successful/completed on the platform, but the funds have still not been credited to my bank account.


Below are the transaction details:

Although both withdrawals are marked as successful in my transaction history, the requested withdrawal amounts of ₹3,000 and ₹5,000 have still not been received in my bank account.

I request you to kindly investigate this issue urgently and provide resolUtion. I have also raised ticket with them but both the tickets are still open without any resolution. The ticket no are as follows:

Ticket id - 104154921. This is for INR 5000


I request that you to reverse the amounts back to my PariMatch wallet immediately.

I have also attached the bank statement till date for confirmation, along with screenshots of the withdrawal transactions and account details for reference.

Kindly resolve this matter at the earliest.
