I made a withdrawal of INR 85822 - screenshot.of withdrawal attached. Parimatch team are saying that withdrawal has been successfully processed - however it has been almost a week and I have still not received the amount in my bank account. The customers representatives are saying guidelines for payment to reflect in bank account is a maximum of 3 days and payment will reflected by 26th Dec ( screenshot of chat attached). No payment has reached my account - while customer reps are saying payment has been successfully processed. This is plain and pure fraud.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that payment was made to the player's bank account, as shown in the screenhot casino team provided. Complainant is asked to carefully check the screenshot from the casino post, bank account detail is visible, as well as UTR transaction related.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
Sharing an update - attaching my latest bank account statement from 21st DEC to 14th Jan (Password : 63386449). Confirming that no funds have been received from Parimatch till date . Its nearly 30 days now since the withdrawal was made and 2 weeks since the complaint has been open. Request Parimatch to:
1) check my account statement and highlight where the withdrawal has been credited. The UTR no you have shared is not reflected on my bank account statement.
2)Given I have been transparent all along and shared all documents required, request Parimatch to share a legitimate transaction receipt and a bank statement (not a screenshot of some internal portal which has already been proven ot be fake)
3) Given this has been a month of harassment by Parimatch officials, request Askgamblers to intervene and escalate this issue to the highest severity,
I would request you to intervene here as well.Given Parimatch’s continued failure to provide any proof of a successful payment, I have serious concerns as to whether these transactions were ever properly executed. I have shared my bank account statement multiple times now and there is no record corresponding to the transaction Parimatch made. I have officially checked with my bank as well - the response is in case there is a successful transaction it should be reflected in the account statement ( which I have provided multiple times)
I will continue to cooperate fully, but I strongly request your continued help until all outstanding funds are received.
Also share a succesful transaction receipt ins read of lying and cheating customers.
