I deposited twice but money not credited in my account or refunded back to my bank account

I deposited twice but money did not get creidted to my casino account or got refunded to my bank account. I tried connecting with the support team but it was of no help. One transaction was for INR 10k and the other one was of INR 30k. For the 10k transaction the casino shows in process and for the 30k transaction it shows declined. I am attaching the proof screenshots of both the payments for your reference. Can you please help me.

Hi team, thanm you fot the 40k in my parimatch account. I also recieved my 8k in my bank account.

One more request i want to make from parimatch team - can you please help me permanently delete my account, i cant find a way to do that and i want to delete or deactivate my account permanently, if you can please help on that, the support mails seem to be not working, if you can please do that from your own system that would be great.
