I am extremely frustrated and angry while writing this complaint.
On 30th January 2026, I deposited 25,000 INR via UPI. The money was successfully debited from my bank account instantly. However, it was never credited to my Parimatch wallet.
I immediately contacted live chat support. First, they told me to wait 3 hours. Then they told me to wait 24 hours. Nothing happened. After that, they created a support ticket (#72627227).
On 4th February, they admitted that the transaction failed from their side and promised that I would receive my funds within 2–3 days. It has now been almost two weeks, and I have not received my money in my bank account or in my Parimatch wallet.
I already provided my bank statement as proof. Despite this, my ticket has not been updated for the last 7 days. There is absolutely no proper customer support. Live chat and email replies are robotic and useless. No real help, no real resolution.
I am a VIP Level 17 player. I have deposited significant amounts on this platform, and this is how they treat their loyal customers. This behavior is completely unacceptable.
They are holding my 25,000 INR without any justification. I strongly feel this is unfair and irresponsible conduct.
Because of this experience, I have permanently stopped depositing on this platform.
I request AskGamblers to step in immediately and help me recover my funds.
