Parimatch, should be called "Winners. Not. Welcome."

Placed 2 bets for 350 CAD and 150 CAD. In total won 900 CAD. Got limited to 13 CAD. Instantly. They do NOT welcome winners. I only bet on MMA/UFC. 3 bets and limited. Placed a few bets at 13 cad. Lost a single. Won a parlay. Limited to 0 instantly. Beat them at blackjack too.

They will most likely let you lose infinite amounts and not limit you. But if you’re profitable you’re not welcome. Not something I expected from a former sponsor of the UFC. Verification is an identity theft nightmare. They want 42 pictures of you holding your id with a corresponding email in the background. Always coming up with new reasons why it isn’t good enough.

42 PICTURES. AND THEY WANT MORE.

I’ve sent my ID by itself. Front and back. I’ve sent them a picture of me holding my id shirtless. I’ve sent them pictures of me holding my id with a white shirt, a black shirt, a gray shit and a hoodie. I’ve sent them pictures where I smile and don’t. I’ve sent them pictures of my hair down and tied up. I’ve even sent pictures with the sites name written on paper. I’ve sent them pictures with their past emails in the background. I’ve sent emails with past emails of their past emails of their past emails in the background. It’s getting ridiculous at this point. I’ve sent them my binance information. TWICE. I had to walk them through all the details in it since they themselves didn’t want to do their job.

Apparently not good enough. They keep coming up with newer newer requirements. Anything that can to delay verification. They have absolutely everything to steal my identity and more at this point.

Mr /Mrs Parimatch representative. Why have I sent 42 different pictures. 42! And you keep asking for more? FORTY TWO. AND YOU WANT MORE. 822 CAD in balance.

Withdrawal marked as completed but not received

A withdrawal of ₹50,000 made on 27 May 2026 at 09:47 AM is marked as "Completed" in my Parimatch account, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding this issue. Initially, I was asked to wait, and later I was informed that the withdrawal had been successfully processed. However, the funds have not been received even after more than 15 days.

Attached are: • Screenshot of the withdrawal showing "Completed" status • Bank statement confirming that no credit of ₹50,000 has been received

I request an immediate investigation and resolution of this matter. Please either credit the amount to my bank account or provide a valid UTR/reference number that can be verified with the bank.

In Parimatch, I created a withdrawal ticket on my own. Because customer service sent repeated answers, I created 2 tickets for my withdrawal issues.

Withdrawal amounts are 30000,20400.

They haven't given my withdrawal amounts in my SBI bank account yet.

So, parimatch blocked my account 11 days ago citing the reason that I need to complete the additional verification. So I sent them all the documents they asked for by email and in return I got the reply that their technical team has accepted the verification request and they need to follow up with the payment provider security check. It has been 9 days since but still my account is not unblocked nor am I able to access my funds. Whenever I speak to support, I keep getting the same bot response that we’re still reviewing this. I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved account restriction and the withholding of my funds.
My account was placed under review for a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. I submitted all requested documents, and during a live chat interaction with a support agent named Saimon, I was explicitly informed that my request has been accepted by the Verification department

However, despite my internal verification being fully cleared, Parimatch has kept my account restricted. When I questioned why the transaction was still delayed if my KYC was complete, the agent provided a templated response stating that they are "following up with the payment provider" to credit the funds
Because my identity has been verified and approved by Parimatch's own compliance team, they no longer have any contractual or regulatory grounds to restrict my account or delay my funds. Furthermore, they have failed to provide a Transaction Reference Number (RRN) to prove the money has actually been released to the payment gateway.
Desired Outcome:
I request that AskGamblers mediate this issue so that Parimatch immediately lifts the restrictions on my account
