Doing fraud by not giving withdrawal

I would like to file a complaint against Parimatch casino regarding three withdrawals totaling ₹31,000.

The three withdrawals are:

- ₹10,000 on 10 August 2026

- ₹15,000 on 11 August 2026

- ₹6,000 on 11 August 2026

In my Parimatch ticket section, only the ₹6,000 ticket is visible. The tickets for ₹10,000 and ₹15,000 are missing. Despite repeatedly requesting assistance from chat support, the issue remains unresolved.

The support agent provided two additional ticket numbers in chat but did not clarify which ticket corresponds to which withdrawal amount.

Furthermore, I have not received these withdrawal amounts in my bank account for a long time.

I am attaching my SBI bank statement up to the present date, along with screenshots of the withdrawal records and support conversation.

I am not able to withdraw due to some untoward pending verification.

I had in the past done withdrawal 100 times but since Friday they said pending verification.

I wrote an email providing my details such as selfie and document. They do not check it and keep mentioning my withdrawal is absolutely fine.

I gave screenshots of error but they do not check and give standard copy paste answers.

I am filing this complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved withdrawal of ₹3,140 that has not been credited to my bank account within the stated withdrawal processing timeframe of 24 hours.

According to my Parimatch transaction history, I initiated the withdrawal on 8 October 2026 at 14:12. The transaction is still showing as “In processing,” and the funds have not been credited to my bank account.

Parimatch states that the normal withdrawal processing timeframe is 24 hours. I expect the operator to adhere to its stated timeframe or provide a clear, evidence-based explanation for the delay. Keeping a withdrawal pending without crediting the funds or providing a satisfactory explanation is unacceptable.

I request AskGamblers to review this case and assist me in obtaining a resolution from Parimatch. I want the operator to investigate the transaction immediately, confirm the exact status of my withdrawal, and release the full ₹3,140 to my bank account without further unnecessary delay.

If the payment has already been processed, I request the operator to provide the transaction reference or other verifiable payment confirmation so that I can trace it with my bank.

I am attaching a screenshot of the withdrawal status as supporting evidence. I expect a clear response and a definite resolution rather than generic instructions to wait.

Desired resolution: Credit the pending ₹3,140 withdrawal to my bank account and provide confirmation of the completed payment.

I deposited ₹2,000 on 15 September 2026, but the amount has still not been credited to my account.

It has been 24 days, and I am extremely disappointed with this delay.

Please investigate this transaction urgently and provide a clear status update along with a confirmed resolution timeline.

I do not want another generic response asking me to wait. If the deposit has failed, please initiate the refund immediately. I expect a proper resolution to this issue without any further delay.

I have contacted same time they told will get money with in 3 days.

Still didn't get the money to my account or Parimatch account.

I am filing this formal complaint against Parimatch regarding systematic and predatory withdrawal rejections.

Over a period of time, multiple withdrawal requests submitted from my account were kept pending for hours and then repeatedly declined or canceled without any valid explanation. This deliberate delay tactic forces funds back into the wallet and creates immense pressure to re-wager.

I have completely stopped playing on this account to maintain zero account activity. I have attached screenshots of various canceled/declined withdrawal requests as proof.

I request AskGamblers to intervene, investigate these unfair practices, and assist in resolving this matter.
