Hello! My account on Parimatch is verified and I have withdrawn money before, but now it does not allow me to withdraw. It says contact support. I contacted them and they asked for some additional documents. I sent the documents to them and after 2 weeks still no reply and the problem continues.
I have sent them other emails to ask about how long will it take, but still no reply.
