Deposited 8000INR in parimatch account but it is not showing and money is also deducted from my account

I deposited a total of INR 8,000 into my Parimatch account (Player ID- 650694504), but the funds have not been credited to my account balance. The deposits were made as follows: INR 3,000 on 7 Feb 2026 and INR 5,000 on 15 Feb 2026. Despite successful payment from my side, my Parimatch wallet still shows no credit for these transactions. I am attaching screenshots of the payment proof for both deposits. Please investigate this issue urgently, confirm the transaction status, and either credit the full INR 8,000 to my account or process a refund to the original payment method at the earliest.
