Deposit successfully debited but not credited
Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am writing to request your assistance regarding a missing deposit on my Parimatch account.
On 05 July 2026 at approximately 11:19 PM IST, I made a ₹15,000 deposit to my Parimatch account using PhonePe UPI.
The payment was successfully debited from my bank account, but the amount has not been credited to my Parimatch balance.
I have already contacted Parimatch customer support and provided all the required payment proof, including the PhonePe receipt, UTR number, and bank transaction details. However, I have not received any proper resolution. I am only receiving generic responses, while my money is still missing.
I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this issue by asking Parimatch to either:
Credit the ₹15,000 deposit to my Parimatch account immediately, or
Refund the full amount back to my original bank account.
I am attaching the following documents as evidence:
PhonePe payment receipt
UTR details
Bank transaction proof
Screenshots of my communication with Parimatch support (if available)
