Deposit of ₹1,000 through netbanking and ₹1,500 through paytm is not credited


I deposited 1000 inr through netbanking on 21st September but it is still not credited. I contacted their support many times but either they don't respond or the disconnect chat. I have provided all the proof of payment successful but they kept sayin wait until our expert team look into that. Then after 5 days, in a good faith, i deposited 1500 again with PAYTM but still amount was debited and not credited in Pari match account, on contacting and providing same answer was given that wait for few days our expert will look into that.

It's been 7 days from my first deposit they have hold 2500inr in total, nor they are crediting into Parimatch account nor they are giving it back to my bank account. Also they are not responding properly on chat. I am attaching proof of both deposits here.

Unfortunately, the transaction of 1000 INR is unsuccessful. The funds will be returned to you in the term of 14 business days (until October 5). If the funds are not refunded, please, send the bank statement from the day of the deposit up until the current date to our support services. Our specialists will then transfer a request to the payment system provider and make their best to help you resolve the issue

Hello my account number at Parimatch is 824304925. Also for an update, i received 1500 in my account but 1000 inr of 21st September is still missing, i contacted my bank again and they confirmed that marchent has confirmed of receipt of inr 1000. Withdrawal was marked as paid but payment not received to bank

I am writing regarding one of my pending withdrawal transactions of ₹20,000 initiated on 6 May 2026, which has still not been credited to my bank account.


After I reported this issue, my account manager created investigation tickets in multiple phases (five tickets per batch). During those investigations, your team identified errors and refunded three separate withdrawal transactions of ₹20,000 each back to my betting account after initially stating that those transactions were successful.


Now, only one withdrawal of ₹20,000 remains unresolved. Your team has informed me that this transaction is marked as "successful" and has asked me to verify my bank statement. However, despite repeatedly confirming that the amount has not been credited, no proper investigation has been carried out, and my request has been denied.


I would like to point out that in the earlier cases, the transactions were also initially marked as successful. Only after a detailed investigation did your team discover the errors and refund the amounts to my betting account. Therefore, simply relying on the transaction status is not sufficient, as previous investigations have already proven that the status can be incorrect.


I kindly request you to conduct the same level of detailed investigation for this remaining ₹20,000 withdrawal. If you are unable to provide valid proof that the funds were successfully credited to my bank account, please refund the pending amount of ₹20,000 back to my betting account without further delay.
