Parimatch Casino - Deposit of INR 64000 not credited since 10 days - Complaint Unsolved

I have made multiple deposit to Parimatch casino account which are not credited for over 10 days now. I have raised multiple complaints and I am following up with Parimatch support for 10 days now. Every time I get same generic response that they are looking into the matter.
Delay of 10 days is not acceptable in deposit time frame

My Parimatch ID is - 692059373

Below are the amount and transaction id for my deposits:

1. UPI transaction ID - 503325771419. Amount - 50000 INR
2. UPI transaction ID - 503853120232. Amount - 14000 INR
