I deposited INR 5000 on Jan 07th around 10.10 A.M using netbanking, amount got debited from my bank account but it's credited to parimatach account. After deposit the amount transaction status was showing as pending in Parimatch but after 2 hour it was updated as failed. I am not getting any refund. I tried many time to the support team but they are not responding properly.
