Parimatch Casino - Deposit of 5000 Pending for 8 Days with No Resolution
I would like to raise a complaint against Parimatch regarding a deposit issue that has been unresolved for the past 8 days.
On 14-02-2026 I made a deposit of 5,000 into my Parimatch account. The amount has been debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my Parimatch wallet.
I have contacted customer support multiple times through live chat. Each time, I have had to wait for more than 1 to 1.5 hours just to receive a response. Despite the long waiting time, I keep receiving the same standard reply stating that the “billing team is working on it.” No clear timeline, reference number, or proper update has been provided.
It has now been 8 days, and the issue remains unresolved. This delay is unacceptable, especially for a simple deposit issue.
I request AskGamblers to kindly intervene and help resolve this matter as soon as possible. I would like either:
The 5,000 deposit to be credited to my Parimatch account immediately, or
A full refund of 5,000 back to my original payment method.
