Deposit of 5000 is not credited to account


I have made a deposit of 5000 and the money has not been credited to my account. I tried to get in touch with live agent of parimatch but there was no option to do so and I submitted a ticket which is still in submitted status and not been picked up for review. I am attaching the payment screenshot for reference. Please help me with this issue. My gaming id is 171814372

Hi , thanks for providing me with a update. I want to understand how would the reversal process take place as you dont have my bank account details for the funds to get deposited. As you have mentioned that the funds are deducted from my bank account, I assume that it has reached your payment partners bank account. If that is the case I prefer that the funds be credited in my gaming account instead of waiting for reversal of funds. Thank you

Regarding your deposit transaction of INR 4,999.99 made on 10/06/2026, our review shows that although the amount was successfully deducted from your bank account, it was not credited to your betting account. As a result, the transaction failed on11/6/2026.

The payment providers are currently processing a reversal of the funds back to your bank account. This process may take up to 3 business days. We kindly ask you to allow until the end of 16/06/2026 (11:59 PM) for the funds to be returned.

If the amount has not been credited back to your bank account by then, please send us an updated bank statement on 17/06/2026 so that we can escalate the matter for further investigation.

Missing UPI Deposits Not Credited to Betting Account or Refunded to Bank
I am submitting this complaint against Parimatch regarding two successful UPI deposits that have neither been credited to my casino/sportsbook balance nor returned to my bank account. Despite providing indisputable financial proof, the customer support team has failed to offer a proper resolution.On May 30, 2026, and June 3, 2026, I initiated two separate deposit transactions via UPI. Both transactions were successfully debited from my bank accounts, but my Parimatch account balance remains unchanged. Transaction 2:Amount: ₹1,500.00 Date & Time: 03 Jun 2026, 2:44 am Paid To: Mr Manikandan (UPI ID: manikandan140@ptyes) UPI Transaction ID: 615489531152 Google Transaction ID: CICAgNiJiKioNw Bank Account: Saraswat Bank Evidence Attached: Please see the payment confirmation screenshot file "proof5000 and proof1500". The Issue:I have reached out to Parimatch customer support multiple times and shared my official bank statements showing that these funds successfully left my accounts. However, I continue to receive repetitive, automated, or unhelpful responses. It has been several days, and the casino has neither located my funds to credit them to my profile nor initiated a reverse payout to my bank accounts. Since the money has clearly been received by Parimatch's designated payment gateways, I request the AskGamblers team to intervene.Desired Resolution:I want Parimatch to either immediately credit the total missing amount of ₹6,499.32 to my betting account or issue a full refund back to my respective bank accounts.
