We understand why you would prefer the funds to be credited directly to your gaming account. However, after reviewing the transaction, we can confirm that although the amount was deducted from your bank account, the deposit was not successfully received by or credited to your betting account.
The 3-business-day timeframe we mentioned refers to the period during which the payment providers attempt to return the funds back to the original source account after a failed transaction. While the transaction may appear as successful or completed on your bank's side because the funds were debited, this does not necessarily mean that the funds were successfully delivered to and received by the betting account.
