Deposit of 1500 is not credited to my account
I respectfully request that AskGamblers kindly assist me in resolving my unresolved deposit issue with Parimatch.
On 20 December 2025, I made a deposit of ₹1,500 to my Parimatch account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my Parimatch balance.
I contacted the Parimatch support team, and they advised me to contact my bank. After checking with my bank, I was informed that the transaction was completed successfully and that the funds were transferred. Therefore, there is no issue from the bank's side.
Despite providing the transaction details and payment proof, my deposit is still missing. I kindly request that AskGamblers help communicate with Parimatch and ask them to investigate this transaction thoroughly. I would greatly appreciate it if Parimatch could either credit the ₹1,500 to my gaming account or refund the amount to my bank account if the deposit cannot be processed.
