I hv deposited 7000 in parimatch through Paytm but amount still has not been credited to my gaming account its been a week the transaction shows declined but money has left the account after successful transaction …I have raised a ticket in parimatch and reached out to support but still I didn’t get any conclusion and after waiting for a week I have uploaded screenshot to transaction and bank statement pls look into this issue and solve as soon as possible ..below r the given details of transition and screenshot of payment

Subject: Regarding Closed Support Ticket and Uncredited Withdrawal of ₹6,100

Dear Parimatch Support Team,

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my pending withdrawal of ₹6,100, which I requested on 15 September 2025. Although I previously raised a support ticket regarding this issue, the ticket has been closed without resolving my complaint. To date, the withdrawal amount has not been credited to my bank account.

Closed the ticket without ensuring that the funds were successfully received. I have carefully reviewed my bank account and confirmed that no credit of ₹6,100 has been received. To support my claim, I am attaching my bank statements, which clearly show that the amount has not been credited.

I request that your payments team thoroughly investigate this matter. If your records indicate that the payment was successful, please provide complete proof of the transaction, including the payment reference number (UTR/transaction ID, if applicable), payment date and time, payment method, beneficiary details, and any confirmation received from your payment partner or bank.

If the payment failed, was reversed, or is still pending for any reason, I request that the withdrawal be reprocessed immediately or that the amount be returned to my Parimatch account so I can submit a new withdrawal request.

Please do not close this complaint until the issue has been fully resolved and the funds have either been credited to my bank account or an acceptable solution has been provided. I would appreciate a written response explaining the outcome of your investigation and the expected timeline for resolution.

I have been patient throughout this process, but the matter has remained unresolved for an extended period. I kindly request your immediate attention to ensure that my pending withdrawal of ₹6,100 is settled without any further delay.

I am writing regarding one of my pending withdrawal transactions of ₹20,000 initiated on 6 May 2026, which has still not been credited to my bank account.


After I reported this issue, my account manager created investigation tickets in multiple phases (five tickets per batch). During those investigations, your team identified errors and refunded three separate withdrawal transactions of ₹20,000 each back to my betting account after initially stating that those transactions were successful.


Now, only one withdrawal of ₹20,000 remains unresolved. Your team has informed me that this transaction is marked as "successful" and has asked me to verify my bank statement. However, despite repeatedly confirming that the amount has not been credited, no proper investigation has been carried out, and my request has been denied.


I would like to point out that in the earlier cases, the transactions were also initially marked as successful. Only after a detailed investigation did your team discover the errors and refund the amounts to my betting account. Therefore, simply relying on the transaction status is not sufficient, as previous investigations have already proven that the status can be incorrect.


I kindly request you to conduct the same level of detailed investigation for this remaining ₹20,000 withdrawal. If you are unable to provide valid proof that the funds were successfully credited to my bank account, please refund the pending amount of ₹20,000 back to my betting account without further delay.
