Deposit Not credited and failed but successfully completed from my bank account
I am writing to report an issue regarding a deposit that has not yet been credited to my account. Although the UPI payment was successfully completed and the amount has been debited from my bank account, the balance is not yet reflecting on your platform.

Therefore, this transaction was not received by us. In such cases, the player must contact their bank or payment provider directly to initiate a refund or trace the funds, as the transfer was made to a third-party UPI ID outside of our system.
