Denial of Compensation for Withdrawal and Deposit
I am requesting your help in resolving a serious issue with Parimatch regarding my withdrawal, failed deposits, and the denial of compensation.
I am a VIP customer of Parimatch, but my case has been handled in a very disappointing and unprofessional manner.
My withdrawal was marked as "Successful" by Parimatch, but the amount was never credited to my bank account and I made a deposit transaction of ₹9,000, but the amount was not credited to my betting account. I raised support tickets for both failed deposit and failed withdrawl.
After several days and repeated follow-ups, my VIP Manager confirmed that both tickets were accepted for compensation and said the amount would be credited within one week. After waiting for about a week, I was asked to complete an additional Risk Verification process, and I submitted all the required documents.
After waiting another 15 days, I was informed that both tickets had been closed and compensation was denied. The only reason given was:
"As your account has been compromised and is at risk."
