Delaying verification process and prevent me from withdrawing funds

Dear Sir/Madam!

I need your help! Parimatch Casino deliberately and unreasonably delays the verification of my account, withholding my money in the amount of $ 25.

On December 1, 2021, I sent an identity document and my selfie with it to the casino for verification. Parimatch confirmed receipt of the documents and said that Parimatch would consider them as soon as possible.

On 08.12.2021, I received a message from Parimatch to resend the documents with better quality and I also sent them.

On 18.12.2021, they requested my banking statement from my account and I already sent that for Parimatch.

Then on 31.12.2021, they once again requested me to resend my selfie with my ID card with full hand visible and I finished that.

On 06.01.2022, they required a selfie with my hand holding ID card in front of my PC screen showing the email chatting between them and me, I already completed that unreasonable request and sent them the picture they wanted.

Since then, i.e. since 06.01.2022, I have not been able to get any information about the results of the verification. The casino is withholding my money. I ask you to help complete the verification and receive my money in the amount of $ 25.

Withdrawal marked as completed but not received

A withdrawal of ₹50,000 made on 27 May 2026 at 09:47 AM is marked as "Completed" in my Parimatch account, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding this issue. Initially, I was asked to wait, and later I was informed that the withdrawal had been successfully processed. However, the funds have not been received even after more than 15 days.

Attached are: • Screenshot of the withdrawal showing "Completed" status • Bank statement confirming that no credit of ₹50,000 has been received

I request an immediate investigation and resolution of this matter. Please either credit the amount to my bank account or provide a valid UTR/reference number that can be verified with the bank.

Deposit of 5000 is not credited to account

I have made a deposit of 5000 and the money has not been credited to my account. I tried to get in touch with live agent of parimatch but there was no option to do so and I submitted a ticket which is still in submitted status and not been picked up for review. In Parimatch, I created a withdrawal ticket on my own. Because customer service sent repeated answers, I created 2 tickets for my withdrawal issues.

Withdrawal amounts are 30000,20400.

They haven't given my withdrawal amounts in my SBI bank account yet.

At the beginning, I think they were facing some issues, but after some time, when I did not receive the withdrawal, I created tickets.

I mentioned my player ID above.

Please check what the issue is going on.

So, parimatch blocked my account 11 days ago citing the reason that I need to complete the additional verification. So I sent them all the documents they asked for by email and in return I got the reply that their technical team has accepted the verification request and they need to follow up with the payment provider security check. It has been 9 days since but still my account is not unblocked nor am I able to access my funds. Whenever I speak to support, I keep getting the same bot response that we’re still reviewing this. I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved account restriction and the withholding of my funds.
My account was placed under review for a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. I submitted all requested documents, and during a live chat interaction with a support agent named Saimon, I was explicitly informed that my request has been accepted by the Verification department

However, despite my internal verification being fully cleared, Parimatch has kept my account restricted. When I questioned why the transaction was still delayed if my KYC was complete, the agent provided a templated response stating that they are "following up with the payment provider" to credit the funds
Because my identity has been verified and approved by Parimatch's own compliance team, they no longer have any contractual or regulatory grounds to restrict my account or delay my funds. Furthermore, they have failed to provide a Transaction Reference Number (RRN) to prove the money has actually been released to the payment gateway.
Desired Outcome:
I request that AskGamblers mediate this issue so that Parimatch immediately lifts the restrictions on my account

The payment was successfully completed on 02 June 2026 at 01:15 AM, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The UPI Reference Number is 307240802366. However, the funds have not been credited to my Parimatch balance. I have already provided payment proof and transaction details to Parimatch support, but the issue remains unresolved.
