Delaying verification and blocking withdrawal

I had opened my account with Pari Match in 2 August, 2022. Then when I saw that I need to verify my account to withdraw I sent my Passport and Selfie with my passport for verification and the website verified my passport. But then they asked me to verify my national id card as well. Then I sent my national id card and selfie but their software rejected the photo and asked me to sent my documents via email. I sent them my Id card, Passport, lot of selfies with my id and passport both but they don't reply anything! They just tell me to wait. It has been 22 days but they are still saying me they don't have any update and can't tell me timeframe when they will review it. I contact them daily but they reply like a bot and just say to wait! It has been 22 days I am seeing their bot type reply and no improvement. They are delaying things for no reason. Kindly help me out.

Personally I am thankful to you and Askgamblers that you tried to solve the issues. I will withdraw my money in that cap though it will take 8 days to have funds but at least it's better than stucking with nothing.
Though I think you should not do this type of limits in account with only 300$ daily withdraw cap. Askgamblers should acknowledge that.
Otherwise I can withdraw my fund now and account verified. Thanks. Take care.

At this point, we are talking about the fact that there may be limits. Your limit is 30,000 BDT. It is determined by the administration. We cannot influence their decision and determine the amount. You can withdraw funds within this limit. This is the final answer.

Withdrawal marked as completed but not received

A withdrawal of ₹50,000 made on 27 May 2026 at 09:47 AM is marked as "Completed" in my Parimatch account, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding this issue. Initially, I was asked to wait, and later I was informed that the withdrawal had been successfully processed. However, the funds have not been received even after more than 15 days.

Attached are: • Screenshot of the withdrawal showing "Completed" status • Bank statement confirming that no credit of ₹50,000 has been received

I request an immediate investigation and resolution of this matter. Please either credit the amount to my bank account or provide a valid UTR/reference number that can be verified with the bank.

I tried to get in touch with live agent of parimatch but there was no option to do so and I submitted a ticket which is still in submitted status and not been picked up for review. In Parimatch, I created a withdrawal ticket on my own. Because customer service sent repeated answers, I created 2 tickets for my withdrawal issues.

Withdrawal amounts are 30000,20400.

They haven't given my withdrawal amounts in my SBI bank account yet.

At the beginning, I think they were facing some issues, but after some time, when I did not receive the withdrawal, I created tickets.

So, parimatch blocked my account 11 days ago citing the reason that I need to complete the additional verification. So I sent them all the documents they asked for by email and in return I got the reply that their technical team has accepted the verification request and they need to follow up with the payment provider security check. It has been 9 days since but still my account is not unblocked nor am I able to access my funds. Whenever I speak to support, I keep getting the same bot response that we’re still reviewing this. I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved account restriction and the withholding of my funds.
My account was placed under review for a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. I submitted all requested documents, and during a live chat interaction with a support agent named Saimon, I was explicitly informed that my request has been accepted by the Verification department

However, despite my internal verification being fully cleared, Parimatch has kept my account restricted. When I questioned why the transaction was still delayed if my KYC was complete, the agent provided a templated response stating that they are "following up with the payment provider" to credit the funds
Because my identity has been verified and approved by Parimatch's own compliance team, they no longer have any contractual or regulatory grounds to restrict my account or delay my funds. Furthermore, they have failed to provide a Transaction Reference Number (RRN) to prove the money has actually been released to the payment gateway.
Desired Outcome:
I request that AskGamblers mediate this issue so that Parimatch immediately lifts the restrictions on my account
