I have been on Parimatch.in for over 4 months. They have verified my ID before, accepted my deposits and accepted my withdrawals. A few weeks ago they asked me to verify my details again. I sent them all the pictures they wanted. They kept asking for more. I sent them 10+ photos of ID that are all 100% legible, clear and up to their standards. Every email they keep asking for a new picture. Now they asked for all my deposit information? I provided them with the deposit information and another 5 pictures. They keep delaying for some reason? The new verification process has taken more than 2 weeks and they keep asking for the same thing over and over again.

Starting to think something shady is going on.

UPDATE.

They verified my account.

After 23 back and forth messages. 14 pictures. 2 documents of deposits. 16 days.

Now none of the withdrawal methods that were there before are there..

On top of that I'm genuinely afraid of my identity being stolen. 14 pictures. 14 pictures that could be used for identity theft. That's an insane amount. I don't think anyone should be met with such scrutiny.

Not at all amused.

It's taken about 15 pictures, miscommunication on your customer service side and over 2 weeks. I'm becoming rather skeptical that you.

I'm a losing customer and you wont let me withdraw the rest of my money. That's a bad reputation.

Withdrawal marked as completed but not received

A withdrawal of ₹50,000 made on 27 May 2026 at 09:47 AM is marked as "Completed" in my Parimatch account, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding this issue. Initially, I was asked to wait, and later I was informed that the withdrawal had been successfully processed. However, the funds have not been received even after more than 15 days.

Attached are: • Screenshot of the withdrawal showing "Completed" status • Bank statement confirming that no credit of ₹50,000 has been received

I request an immediate investigation and resolution of this matter. Please either credit the amount to my bank account or provide a valid UTR/reference number that can be verified with the bank.

I have made a deposit of 5000 and the money has not been credited to my account. I tried to get in touch with live agent of parimatch but there was no option to do so and I submitted a ticket which is still in submitted status and not been picked up for review. In Parimatch, I created a withdrawal ticket on my own. Because customer service sent repeated answers, I created 2 tickets for my withdrawal issues.

Withdrawal amounts are 30000,20400.

They haven't given my withdrawal amounts in my SBI bank account yet.

At the beginning, I think they were facing some issues, but after some time, when I did not receive the withdrawal, I created tickets.

I mentioned my player ID above.

Please check what the issue is going on.

So, parimatch blocked my account 11 days ago citing the reason that I need to complete the additional verification. So I sent them all the documents they asked for by email and in return I got the reply that their technical team has accepted the verification request and they need to follow up with the payment provider security check. It has been 9 days since but still my account is not unblocked nor am I able to access my funds. Whenever I speak to support, I keep getting the same bot response that we’re still reviewing this. I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved account restriction and the withholding of my funds.
My account was placed under review for a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. I submitted all requested documents, and during a live chat interaction with a support agent named Saimon, I was explicitly informed that my request has been accepted by the Verification department

However, despite my internal verification being fully cleared, Parimatch has kept my account restricted. When I questioned why the transaction was still delayed if my KYC was complete, the agent provided a templated response stating that they are "following up with the payment provider" to credit the funds
Because my identity has been verified and approved by Parimatch's own compliance team, they no longer have any contractual or regulatory grounds to restrict my account or delay my funds. Furthermore, they have failed to provide a Transaction Reference Number (RRN) to prove the money has actually been released to the payment gateway.
Desired Outcome:
I request that AskGamblers mediate this issue so that Parimatch immediately lifts the restrictions on my account

The payment was successfully completed on 02 June 2026 at 01:15 AM, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The UPI Reference Number is 307240802366.
