I'm contacting you regarding delays in my verification in this casino.
After winning a sum of 2000€, playing in the casino and the sportsbook I tried to withdraw my money (11 Nov) and my payment got declined, after contacting the support I was told that I need to do the verification, which is all ok. I've sent all info requested.
6 Days later and I didn't got an answer yet, this delay doesn't happen in other casinos, I find it quite strange.
Please help me get through this process.

You can withdraw up to 100 EUR per day due to the regulated limitation.
We see that at the moment your withdraws are processed in the standard mode.
One my withdrawals just got declined, this is hilarious.
A 100€ withdrawal just got declined, and the reason was "Available Payout limit - 100€"
