Firstly I’m glad that there’s a team here to help me out.

My withdrawals have been blocked for 2 weeks and when I contacted support they asked me to submit an Aadhar card front and back, and a selfie holding an Aadhar for verification. I had submitted all the documents as per the company’s requirement in clear quality on 15/06/2022 and there has been no response ever since. It has been 8 days now. They kept ignoring my emails. Eventually, I thought of contacting chat support. I contacted chat support at least 25 times and the majority of the times they disconnected it abruptly. Whenever they responded, all they were saying is "specialists are reviewing your account and will revert soon". But this is going nowhere now. Why is it taking this long to verify my account when all my documents are genuine??? There is a huge balance of Rs. 2691300 in my account and I required some funds urgently. So wanted to withdraw from my account. But they have blocked my withdrawals completely. This has been torture for me for the last 8 days. Something needs to be done urgently.

I have no other option than to seek your help as there is a huge amount of nearly Rs.2691300 in my account and it’s all my hard-earned money. Initially, my account was verified and there was no problem with withdrawals. But when I started winning big, they blocked my withdrawals. When I lost big they didn’t do anything. That’s not at all ethical. I’m finding something very suspicious here. As no other company does such kind of things. I have a feeling the company is going to steal my money.

Today after numerous emails they replied saying the same thing “documents are being verified and will revert back in the nearest future”. But I genuinely feel this verification process will never finish.

I recently had my first child and have not been able to live peacefully and give enough time to the child because of the mental torture and financial insecurities Parimatch has added to my life. I feel so dejected that I have been treated by Parimatch in this manner only because I made some big winnings. I am not even sure what's going to happen to my Rs. 2691300 that is actually in my Parimatch account. I feel deeply frustrated in life now. This is all because of Parimatch whom I trusted blindly and deposited such a huge amount.

If there’s anything possible to be done from your side please do it urgently. This is a humble request from a genuine customer.

And I am expecting a positive revert on the above matter at the earliest.

I have also attached the screenshot below showing the error message while trying to withdraw funds and also the current balance in my account with full details.

Withdrawal marked as completed but not received

A withdrawal of ₹50,000 made on 27 May 2026 at 09:47 AM is marked as "Completed" in my Parimatch account, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding this issue. Initially, I was asked to wait, and later I was informed that the withdrawal had been successfully processed. However, the funds have not been received even after more than 15 days.

Attached are: • Screenshot of the withdrawal showing "Completed" status • Bank statement confirming that no credit of ₹50,000 has been received

I request an immediate investigation and resolution of this matter. Please either credit the amount to my bank account or provide a valid UTR/reference number that can be verified with the bank.

I tried to get in touch with live agent of parimatch but there was no option to do so and I submitted a ticket which is still in submitted status and not been picked up for review. In Parimatch, I created a withdrawal ticket on my own. Because customer service sent repeated answers, I created 2 tickets for my withdrawal issues.

Withdrawal amounts are 30000,20400.

They haven't given my withdrawal amounts in my SBI bank account yet.

At the beginning, I think they were facing some issues, but after some time, when I did not receive the withdrawal, I created tickets.

So, parimatch blocked my account 11 days ago citing the reason that I need to complete the additional verification. So I sent them all the documents they asked for by email and in return I got the reply that their technical team has accepted the verification request and they need to follow up with the payment provider security check. It has been 9 days since but still my account is not unblocked nor am I able to access my funds. Whenever I speak to support, I keep getting the same bot response that we’re still reviewing this. I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved account restriction and the withholding of my funds.
My account was placed under review for a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. I submitted all requested documents, and during a live chat interaction with a support agent named Saimon, I was explicitly informed that my request has been accepted by the Verification department

However, despite my internal verification being fully cleared, Parimatch has kept my account restricted. When I questioned why the transaction was still delayed if my KYC was complete, the agent provided a templated response stating that they are "following up with the payment provider" to credit the funds
Because my identity has been verified and approved by Parimatch's own compliance team, they no longer have any contractual or regulatory grounds to restrict my account or delay my funds. Furthermore, they have failed to provide a Transaction Reference Number (RRN) to prove the money has actually been released to the payment gateway.
Desired Outcome:
I request that AskGamblers mediate this issue so that Parimatch immediately lifts the restrictions on my account
