I made a deposit of ₹35000 on 28/02/2025, which was successful from my end, but the amount was not added to the gaming account.
I raised a complaint, and a ticket was created regarding the same on 03/03/2025.
The issue is still not resolved. I haven't received a refund.
I made frequent communication with support but found no use. They can't provide a proper timeframe since the ticket was created.
