Currently started dealing with Parimatch and the delay tactics to make me lost my money are seriously remarkable. Only up a few thousand so that blows my mind to be quite honest.

I've used many sportsbook/casinos with no issues before, I understand verification, it's all part of the process.

I was able to place a few withdrawals with no issues at the start, everything seemed smooth. Parimatch has great odds, lots of markets etc and I figured with them being on so many sports teams jerseys etc. They should be a bigger book which usually means more trust.

Last Saturday, I go to place a withdrawal, I can't. Tells me to reach out to support, so I do, support let's me.know I need to send in a few documents, makes perfect sense, no problem.

They start asking me for pictures holding my ID but it gets more and more complicated, u need to see my elbow and one arm etc.

I had to go get a neighbor to take these pictures. They provide no update , I don't even know if it worked or not. A week later , I'm still asking for updates everyday, the answer to complete verification I need to send a bank statement providing transactions to the account, no issues , that's done.

I use interac e transfer as a deposit method. These are simple delay tactics, it doesn't take a week to verify a photo. They told me all I needed to send and they keep adding things. It's ridiculous. The sad thing is, I haven't even won alot of money, but withholding funds is simply wrong and gosh darn scary.

Please help me find a resolution. I'd love to keep using parimatch, the sites great but this is being unfair and disappointing.

Seems like Parimatch follows the same sequence of action when they run into Profitable sportsbettor.

Still waiting on the proof , I would love to know what exactly was done wrong.

Hopefully they actually sent you something @askGamblers but they seem to do this everytime.

Nothing will be sent, stoll 1820 dollars lol peanuts to a book. Yet they can sponsor Chelsea.

Parimatch Missing 45000 INR Withdrawals marked Successful but funds never credited to bank account

I am writing to file a strong, official complaint against Parimatch regarding two transactions totaling 45,000 INR. These funds are marked as "Successful" in my casino profile history but have absolutely never arrived in my bank account.

I have been waiting for over a month now. My primary question to Parimatch is: Why does your system display a "Successful" status when the funds have not been credited to my bank account?

I have attached my official Punjab National Bank account statement as undeniable proof covering the entire period from the date of withdrawal until today (Password: < removed >). It clearly shows that no such amounts have entered my account. I have also attached screenshots of the Parimatch support tickets (#137584996 & #137606574) to demonstrate that I have already tried resolving this through their official support channel without success.

I refuse to wait any longer for generic automated replies. The evidence is clear. I demand that Parimatch immediately investigate why these transactions are falsely marked as successful and process a full refund of my 45,000 INR directly to my bank account.

Withdrawal of approximately 45 lakh still blocked after verification completed

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Parimatch account, where approximately **₹45,00,000 (₹45 lakh) remains blocked and I am still unable to withdraw my funds**.

I have been a VIP customer and long-time player on the platform. I have used Parimatch for several years and have made a significant number of transactions through the platform.

### Verification and documents

Parimatch placed my account/withdrawal under verification and requested various documents and transaction information. I fully cooperated with their requirements and repeatedly provided the requested documentation.

I submitted, among other things:

* Bank statements and transaction information
* Netwallet transaction records
* Netwallet transaction screen recordings
* Deposit/payment information
* Identity/verification documents
* A high-resolution selfie taken specifically as requested by Parimatch

I have also contacted Parimatch support repeatedly regarding this matter, with **more than 100 emails** sent in an attempt to resolve the issue.

### Current situation

The important point is that **the documentation/verification process has now been completed, but my withdrawal is still blocked.

Even after completing the verification requirements, I am unable to withdraw my available funds. I have not received a satisfactory explanation as to why the withdrawal restriction remains in place or when it will be removed.

I have repeatedly asked Parimatch to clarify:

1. Why is my withdrawal still blocked after verification has been completed?
2. Is there any remaining requirement from my side?
3. When will my withdrawal access be restored?
4. When will I be able to withdraw my available funds?

I have completed the requirements requested from my side and am now waiting for Parimatch to take the necessary action.

### Financial impact

This is a very significant amount for me. I have approximately **₹45 lakh currently inaccessible**, while my family is also facing financial pressure, including significant loan/EMI obligations and other important expenses.

I have also suffered approximately **₹25 lakh in losses while using the platform. I mention this only to provide the complete financial context of my long-term relationship with Parimatch.

Despite being a long-term VIP customer and fully cooperating with the verification process, I am still unable to access my funds.

### What I am requesting

I am requesting AskGamblers to assist in obtaining a clear response from Parimatch and helping resolve this matter.

Specifically, I request that Parimatch:

* Confirm in writing that my verification is completed.
* Explain why my withdrawal remains blocked.
* Confirm whether anything further is required from me.
* Remove the withdrawal restriction if there is no remaining verification requirement.
* Allow me to withdraw the funds available in my account.

I am prepared to provide **all supporting evidence** requested, including my correspondence with Parimatch, verification documents, bank/payment records, Netwallet transaction evidence, screenshots and screen recordings.

I have tried extensively to resolve this directly with Parimatch and have given them considerable time and cooperation. I am therefore seeking assistance through AskGamblers to obtain a clear resolution.

Account locked under Rule 88 verification delay past the promised 5day timeframe

Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am filing this complaint against Parimatch due to an unjustified delay in processing my withdrawal and verifying my identity documents.
The Timeline:
September 15, 2026: I successfully created an account, fully completed the initial identity verification via Sumsub, deposited $21, and placed a bet.
Withdrawal Request: After my bet settled, I requested a withdrawal of my balance (now $22). Two hours later, Parimatch halted the transaction and requested "additional verification.
Secondary Verification: I immediately submitted all requested additional verification documents. Parimatch customer support explicitly stated that the review process would take up to 5 days.
Current Status: Today marks the 9th day since my submission. My funds remain locked, and the withdrawal is blocked.
The Issue with Support:
Every time I contact Parimatch support for an update, the representatives give me a generic, scripted reply stating that I am in "violation of Rule 88 of our Terms and Conditions."
Rule 88 simply states that Parimatch has the right to request additional verification at any time. It is not a rule that a player can "violate" simply by waiting for the casino to review documents. I have fully cooperated and provided everything asked of me.
Furthermore, I referred over 6 of my friends to the platform around the same time. Their funds and withdrawals have also been blocked under the exact same pretext. It appears our accounts have been flagged as a group, and the verification process is being deliberately stalled.
Despite all this their "rule" they still allowed Deposit but won't allow withdrawal, this just looks like abuse of power.
Requested Resolution:I request that Parimatch immediately reviews and approves my secondary verification documents, lifts the restrictions on my account, and releases my $22 withdrawal.

I am raising this complaint regarding my Parimatch account, which has been restricted since 5 September 2026 for additional verification.

I fully cooperated with Parimatch and submitted all the documents they requested under Ticket ID #131185338. I completed the additional verification successfully.

After submitting the required documents, Parimatch started asking for a bank statement for certain deposits made through Net Wallet.

They requested confirmation of the following transactions:

- 20/08/2026 – 15,950
- 21/08/2026 – 50,000
- 22/08/2026 – 100,000
- 25/08/2026 – 35,000
- 25/08/2026 – 205,000
- 25/08/2026 – 47,000
- 25/08/2026 – 25,000
- 27/08/2026 – 57,000
- 27/08/2026 – 100,000

These were Net Wallet transactions, not direct bank deposits to Parimatch.
I have a attached a screen recording of my Net Wallet transaction history showing the relevant transactions and sent to them

However, despite providing this evidence, Parimatch has kept my account under review for approximately one month and continues to give me the same response ,we need bank statement for net wallet transaction , today also customer support asked me same document, I have attached screenshot for your reference

They should have a basic commonsense and think , when transaction made from net wallet, how they'll reflect in bank statement

Account Verification Delay

My account was initially verified successfully. However, when I tried to make a withdrawal, the withdrawal was declined, and I was asked to provide some additional documents along with a screenshot of my deposit.

I submitted all the requested documents and information. I received an email stating that my account is currently under review, but it has been almost one month and I have not received any further update.

Account Blocked Verification Completed but No Resolution

My Parimatch account has been blocked and I am unable to access the withdrawal option. My account shows a balance of ₹7,867.25.

Parimatch support asked me to submit documents for verification. I submitted all the requested documents by email on 9 September 2026, including my selfie with my Aadhaar card and my bank/wallet statement.

It has now been 12 days, but I have not received a proper resolution or a clear explanation regarding the status of my account and verification.

I have fully cooperated with the verification process and provided the documents requested by Parimatch. I request assistance in obtaining a clear response from Parimatch regarding my blocked account and the balance shown in my account.

Blocked Withdrawal Issue 13283 USDT

I am writing to file a complaint against Parimatch regarding an account restriction and a blocked withdrawal. My total balance is 13,283 USDT, and the issue was triggered when I requested a withdrawal of 812 USDT.

My account was placed under a 'Manual Security Review' pursuant to Clause 3.7 right after I requested the 812 USDT withdrawal. I have submitted all requested KYC documents, including my National ID and official Binance deposit/withdrawal receipts, all of which were confirmed as received by support agents.

Parimatch initially established a 5-business-day timeframe for the review, which officially expired on Thursday, September 17, 2026. However, as of today, my account verification remains incomplete, my withdrawal status remains 'In Progress' (and further withdrawals are disabled), and customer support offers only vague, open-ended responses instead of resolving the issue.
