Constant delays with verification and payment


Currently started dealing with Parimatch and the delay tactics to make me lost my money are seriously remarkable. Only up a few thousand so that blows my mind to be quite honest.

I've used many sportsbook/casinos with no issues before, I understand verification, it's all part of the process.

I was able to place a few withdrawals with no issues at the start, everything seemed smooth. Parimatch has great odds, lots of markets etc and I figured with them being on so many sports teams jerseys etc. They should be a bigger book which usually means more trust.

Last Saturday, I go to place a withdrawal, I can't. Tells me to reach out to support, so I do, support let's me.know I need to send in a few documents, makes perfect sense, no problem.

They start asking me for pictures holding my ID but it gets more and more complicated, u need to see my elbow and one arm etc.

I had to go get a neighbor to take these pictures. They provide no update , I don't even know if it worked or not. A week later , I'm still asking for updates everyday, the answer to complete verification I need to send a bank statement providing transactions to the account, no issues , that's done.

I use interac e transfer as a deposit method. These are simple delay tactics, it doesn't take a week to verify a photo. They told me all I needed to send and they keep adding things. It's ridiculous. The sad thing is, I haven't even won alot of money, but withholding funds is simply wrong and gosh darn scary.

Please help me find a resolution. I'd love to keep using parimatch, the sites great but this is being unfair and disappointing.

Seems like Parimatch follows the same sequence of action when they run into Profitable sportsbettor.

Still waiting on the proof , I would love to know what exactly was done wrong.

Hopefully they actually sent you something @askGamblers but they seem to do this everytime.

Nothing will be sent, stoll 1820 dollars lol peanuts to a book. Yet they can sponsor Chelsea.
