I am a verified user of parimatch . As I opted in for personnel promo provided by parimatch for IPL cricket matches for 10% cashback for losses in ipl matches from 9 th April till 12th April as the promo got over in 12th April and the cashback for loss should be given after 3 days once the promo got over but I haven't received any cashback for my losses although I placed bet on each and every matches since the beginning of IPL so that I could get cashback for my losses but I got nothing .Even I tried to contact them through live chat , and whatsapp but they are not giving any clarification on the issue..

The minimum cashback bonus amount is INR 100 and the promo is called "The 10% Indian Premier League cricket cashback". It means you need to lose at least INR 1000 placing single bets on IPL to get the cashback amount INR 100 (the minimum amount). If you lose not so much or maybe win some amount placing bets on IPL you can't get the cashback. Your total loss from Apr 9 to Apr 14 is around INR 670. It's not enough.

Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved account restriction and the withholding of my funds.
My account was placed under review for a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. I submitted all requested documents, and during a live chat interaction with a support agent named Saimon, I was explicitly informed that my request has been accepted by the Verification department

However, despite my internal verification being fully cleared, Parimatch has kept my account restricted. When I questioned why the transaction was still delayed if my KYC was complete, the agent provided a templated response stating that they are "following up with the payment provider" to credit the funds
Because my identity has been verified and approved by Parimatch's own compliance team, they no longer have any contractual or regulatory grounds to restrict my account or delay my funds. Furthermore, they have failed to provide a Transaction Reference Number (RRN) to prove the money has actually been released to the payment gateway.
Desired Outcome:
I request that AskGamblers mediate this issue so that Parimatch immediately lifts the restrictions on my account

The payment was successfully completed on 02 June 2026 at 01:15 AM, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The UPI Reference Number is 307240802366. However, the funds have not been credited to my Parimatch balance. I have already provided payment proof and transaction details to Parimatch support, but the issue remains unresolved. I am submitting this complaint against Parimatch regarding two successful UPI deposits that have neither been credited to my casino/sportsbook balance nor returned to my bank account. Withdrawal amount 33900 is not received

My withdrawal of ₹33,900 was marked as completed by Parimatch approximately 3 days ago. Support informed me that withdrawals via IMPS normally take around 24 hours, but the funds have still not reached my bank account.

I have repeatedly requested the UTR/reference number, but support states that the case is still with the billing/payment team and no UTR has been provided.

The funds have neither been credited to my bank account nor returned to my wallet balance. I have attached screenshots of the support conversations and would appreciate a review of the case.

I am using this platform form very long time, and everything is good, but recently, I have not received my three withdrawals dated 14 May, 15 May, and 13 May 2026. Today, 10 days have passed, and the withdrawal has not been received.
