I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my pending withdrawal of ₹6,100, which I requested on 15 September 2025. Although I previously raised a support ticket regarding this issue, the ticket has been closed without resolving my complaint. To date, the withdrawal amount has not been credited to my bank account.
Closed the ticket without ensuring that the funds were successfully received. I have carefully reviewed my bank account and confirmed that no credit of ₹6,100 has been received. To support my claim, I am attaching my bank statements, which clearly show that the amount has not been credited.
I request that your payments team thoroughly investigate this matter. If your records indicate that the payment was successful, please provide complete proof of the transaction, including the payment reference number (UTR/transaction ID, if applicable), payment date and time, payment method, beneficiary details, and any confirmation received from your payment partner or bank.
If the payment failed, was reversed, or is still pending for any reason, I request that the withdrawal be reprocessed immediately or that the amount be returned to my Parimatch account so I can submit a new withdrawal request.
Please do not close this complaint until the issue has been fully resolved and the funds have either been credited to my bank account or an acceptable solution has been provided. I would appreciate a written response explaining the outcome of your investigation and the expected timeline for resolution.
I have been patient throughout this process, but the matter has remained unresolved for an extended period. I kindly request your immediate attention to ensure that my pending withdrawal of ₹6,100 is settled without any further delay.
