Asked verification again even after verified the account

I played a bit after opening account then I tried to withdraw. They asked me to verify account. I sent my documents and they verified my account. They sent me an email confirming that my account is verified. Attaching screenshot.

After verification they still blocked my withdraw! I contacted them again then their true color started to showing up. They said they need me to send the documents again. My id selfie and statement confirming my deposit to the site. I sent my id selfie and statement they probably approved the id selfie but the drama came to the statement now.

I deposited via Crypto currency. Ethereum. I have sent them the PDF statement of my Ethereum transaction to their website but are saying this statement is invalid! Looks like their officer doesn’t even know how crypto currency works! There is no account statement of crypto. There is transaction PDF which can be found in Blockchain which I sent to them. But looks like they don't even know what crypto currency transaction really is! With the inefficient officers acting in my account I feel clueless. Hoping the officer working with Askgamblers will be able to help the process. Kindly check and help me out. Thanks.

Sorry for late reply. I have been busy. A cycle has hit in our country this week. I will send the doc and let you know. Till then I would like to ask Askgamblers if it's possible to make the complaints in PAUSE mode then do it. I will let you know the next update when I am a bit free hopefully next week.
