Amount has not been credited and casino says I should wait 5 days

I have made a withdrawal using upi transfer on parimatch on 21st July 9:03 pm. The amount should have been credited within one hour, but the withdrawal shows as processed but I did not receive any funds in my bank account. I have contacted their support team but issue isn't resolved yet.

I am requesting your assistance regarding an unresolved deposit issue. I made a deposit to my betting account using UPI, and the amount was successfully deducted from my bank account. However, the funds were never credited to my betting account.

I contacted the operator's customer support immediately. They initially asked me to wait for 3 days. I have completed full KYC verification and provided official bank statements showing that these funds were never credited to my bank account. Support agents in live chat acknowledged that the money is stuck in their payment gateway system, but they refuse to manually cancel or reconcile the transaction.

I request Parimatch to resolve this issue by either completing the 50,000 INR bank transfer or crediting the funds back to my gaming account balance immediately.

I deposited 1500 INR on 31st May in PariMatch through the UPI QR method, but they have not added that money to my ID. It's been more than1½ month, but still there is no response from them.
