Additional verification delay

Hey

So, parimatch blocked my account 11 days ago citing the reason that I need to complete the additional verification. So I sent them all the documents they asked for by email and in return I got the reply that their technical team has accepted the verification request and they need to follow up with the payment provider security check. It has been 9 days since but still my account is not unblocked nor am I able to access my funds. Whenever I speak to support, I keep getting the same bot response that we’re still reviewing this. I am attaching the screenshots of the mail below and the details of my account. The account ID is 300844647

I’ve been hearing the same thing for last 14 days now that your case is forwarded to the expert team. Still there is not a single credible update about this whole issue. Typically it shouldn’t take this long just for an additional verification. I wanna know what is causing this delay when i have already submitted the documents 2 weeks ago. My funds are still blocked and since it was clearly written in the mail that your account will be deleted permanently if verification process isn’t completed in the next 30 days. Significant portion of that time has already elapsed. So im requesting you to plss ask the relevant department to expide this matter with utmost urgency.
