I requested a withdrawal of approximately $130 from my account.
The operator required full KYC verification before processing the withdrawal.
I submitted all requested documents exactly as instructed.
However, my KYC verification has been pending for 3–4 days and the withdrawal is blocked.
I contacted support regarding the delay but did not receive a clear response or resolution.
All documents were submitted correctly, yet my account verification is still not completed.
Because of this delay, I cannot access or withdraw my funds.
I request assistance to review my submitted KYC documents and resolve the verification so my withdrawal can be processed.
