Account blocked without giving withdrawal

Hello,
I have two withdrawals l, one of 2000 and the other of 2800 that I have not received in my bank account but that have been marked as successful in the withdrawal/payment history.

I have attached the withdrawal transactions and my bank statement below. Please get my withdrawals sorted out as soon as possible. Thanks.

Still, my withdrawal money is not credited to my bank account but the status off the transaction is showing successful. It’s been one day still I did not get any response from Pari match support Service team. I have mailed all my transaction details, but I did not get any response and I’m not able to create ticket too in parimatch

I am raising this complaint regarding two UPI deposit transactions that were successfully debited from my bank account but have not been credited to my Parimatch account.

Total Amount Debited: ₹21,999

The total amount of ₹21,999 has been debited from my bank account, but the funds have not been credited to my Parimatch wallet.

I have already contacted Parimatch through their live chat support. Unfortunately, I was only able to interact with an AI chatbot and could not get my issue escalated to a human support representative. As a result, my complaint remains unresolved.

I request that the payments team urgently investigate these failed deposit transactions and either:

Credit the full amount of ₹21,999 to my Parimatch account, or
Refund the amount to my original payment method if the deposits were unsuccessful.

I have already provided the complete transaction IDs, bank statement, and other supporting documents for verification.

However, Their support team is intentionally delaying the things

I request a prompt resolution, as this issue involves a significant amount of money and has caused considerable inconvenience.

I am filing this complaint against Parimatch regarding a failed withdrawal of ₹4,000 initiated on July 24, 2026.

The funds were deducted from my gaming balance, but they never arrived in my personal bank account. I have already provided official bank statements covering the entire period (July 24 to date) clearly proving non-receipt of funds.

Key details of the dispute:

4. Status: No valid 12-digit UTR/RRN number has been provided, nor has a manual wallet rollback been executed.

Despite holding VIP account status—which promises expedited account management—I have been subjected to repetitive, automated script responses for over 12 days. On August 4, a VIP support representative (Abhay) confirmed that the issue was escalated to the Expert/Finance Team for a manual balance rollback. However, more than 48 hours have passed since that escalation with zero updates or balance adjustments.

I request AskGamblers' intervention to hold Parimatch accountable and ensure that either a valid UTR number is provided or the ₹4,000 is manually credited back to my Parimatch wallet immediately.

I am filing this complaint because I have been waiting for my refund for a long time, but despite multiple emails, live chat conversations, and providing every document requested by Parimatch, my issue remains unresolved.
On 22 July 2026, I made a ₹500 deposit to my Parimatch account using Paytm UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, and the transaction was completed from my bank's side.
However, the amount was never credited to my Parimatch account. Instead, the deposit was marked as Failed/Declined.

Immediately after the failed transaction, I contacted Parimatch Live Chat and Email Support. They initially informed me that the refund would be processed within 3 working days.
Later, I received another email stating that my refund would be credited by 27 July 2026.
Trusting their response, I waited patiently.
Unfortunately, even after 27 July, no refund was credited to my bank account.
Parimatch then asked me to provide additional verification documents.
I fully cooperated and submitted everything requested, including:

Despite providing every required document, Parimatch has still not refunded my money.
Instead, I continue receiving the same generic email stating that:
The issue is under investigation.
The Billing Department is working on it.
They are waiting for the payment provider.
They cannot provide any timeline.
This same response has been repeated multiple times without any actual progress.
As of 5 August 2026, it has been around two weeks since my failed deposit, yet:
No refund has been credited.
No Refund UTR/ARN has been provided.
No exact refund date has been given.
No proper explanation has been provided.
I believe I have fully cooperated with Parimatch and have provided every piece of evidence they requested.
Keeping a customer's money for such a long period without providing a refund or a clear resolution is unfair and unacceptable.
Therefore, I kindly request AskGamblers to help resolve this dispute.
I request Parimatch to:
Refund my ₹500 immediately to my original payment source.
If the refund has already been initiated, provide the official Refund UTR/ARN/Reference Number.
Stop sending generic automated replies and provide a proper resolution.

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a delayed deposit issue with Parimatch.

It has now been more than 30 days since I made a deposit of ₹10,000, and the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch account.

Since the issue began, I have been in regular contact with Parimatch's support team. I have provided all the requested information, including transaction details and proof of payment, and have responded to every email they have sent. Despite this, we have simply been going back and forth over email without any resolution.

I believe I have given Parimatch more than enough time to investigate and resolve this matter. The prolonged delay and lack of a satisfactory outcome are unacceptable.

I kindly request that AskGamblers investigate this complaint and assist in reaching a fair and timely resolution. I am happy to provide any supporting documents, including payment confirmation, UTR, transaction details, and the full email correspondence with Parimatch, if required.
