I have made payment 50k via phone pay and payment has not been credited to my bet account. I informed and created ticket from parimatch and they closed ticket to inform me that your payment will be credited to your bank account in 3 days. After 3 days I couldn't get money and again I submitted my bank statement and new ticket but then onwards they have not replied anything and have not responded to email. Also they share your payment will get soon but till date have not received.
It's totally wrong, I share everything they need still this happens.
