25000 Deposit Debited From Bank but Never Credited to My Account

I deposited ₹25,000 into my Parimatch account, and the money was successfully debited from my bank account. However, Parimatch is showing the transaction as failed, and my account has not been credited.

What makes this more frustrating is that when I try to verify the payment again, the system says that the UTR is already in use. If the UTR already exists in their database, then they have clearly received the transaction details.

I contacted Parimatch support multiple times, but all I receive are robotic, copy-paste responses with no actual update or resolution. Nobody has been able to explain where my ₹25,000 is or when it will be credited or refunded.

I am requesting Parimatch to investigate this urgently and either credit the deposit to my account or return the funds to my bank account.

I wanted to provide an update because my issue is still unresolved.

My ₹25,000 deposit has still not been credited to my Parimatch wallet, and it has not been refunded to my bank account either. I have contacted Parimatch support several times through both live chat and email, but all I receive are the same automated responses. No one has actually looked into my case or provided any real update.

What is even more disappointing is that I am a Level 17 VIP player with a dedicated VIP manager. I reached out to Linah, my VIP manager, but she told me she cannot escalate the issue because she has no control over the payments team. I honestly don't see the point of having a dedicated VIP manager if they cannot help with something as serious as a missing ₹25,000 deposit.

I have been a genuine and loyal player on Parimatch, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. By handling genuine issues like this with robotic replies and no proper support, Parimatch is losing the trust of long term players. If a VIP customer cannot get meaningful assistance, I can only imagine what regular players have to go through.

I once again request Parimatch to investigate this matter urgently and either credit my ₹25,000 deposit to my account or refund the amount back to my bank account as soon as possible.

I am writing to file a formal grievance regarding a severe delay in processing my funds and a complete lack of adequate customer support. Despite following all standard operational guidelines on your platform, my funds have not been credited, and my subsequent attempts to resolve this via your ticketing system have been ignored. A withdrawal of ₹50,000 made on 27 May 2026 at 09:47 AM is marked as "Completed" in my Parimatch account, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding this issue. Initially, I was asked to wait, and later I was informed that the withdrawal had been successfully processed. However, the funds have not been received even after more than 15 days.

So, parimatch blocked my account 11 days ago citing the reason that I need to complete the additional verification. So I sent them all the documents they asked for by email and in return I got the reply that their technical team has accepted the verification request and they need to follow up with the payment provider security check. It has been 9 days since but still my account is not unblocked nor am I able to access my funds. Whenever I speak to support, I keep getting the same bot response that we’re still reviewing this. I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved account restriction and the withholding of my funds.
My account was placed under review for a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. I submitted all requested documents, and during a live chat interaction with a support agent named Saimon, I was explicitly informed that my request has been accepted by the Verification department

However, despite my internal verification being fully cleared, Parimatch has kept my account restricted. When I questioned why the transaction was still delayed if my KYC was complete, the agent provided a templated response stating that they are "following up with the payment provider" to credit the funds
Because my identity has been verified and approved by Parimatch's own compliance team, they no longer have any contractual or regulatory grounds to restrict my account or delay my funds. Furthermore, they have failed to provide a Transaction Reference Number (RRN) to prove the money has actually been released to the payment gateway.
Desired Outcome:
I request that AskGamblers mediate this issue so that Parimatch immediately lifts the restrictions on my account
