1000 rupees Deposit not credited to my gaming wallet

I am filing this complaint regarding a deposit that was debited from my bank account but never credited to my Parimatch account.

Player id : 434697154

On [02/02/2026], I made a deposit of ₹1,000 to my Parimatch account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance.

I have already:

Raised a support ticket with Parimatch

Followed up multiple times

Provided payment details wherever asked

Despite this, the issue remains unresolved and I have not received any meaningful response or resolution from Parimatch support.

This is unacceptable, as holding customer funds without crediting them or resolving the issue violates fair gaming and payment standards. I am attaching bank statement / transaction proof clearly showing that the amount was debited.

I request AskGamblers to intervene and assist in resolving this matter, as Parimatch has failed to credit my deposit or provide a clear explanation within a reasonable time.

I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any additional documents if required, but I expect a proper and transparent resolution.
