1 month has passed and my withdrawals are still not received

I made two withdrawal requests of 11110 and 7810 on April 4, 2026, and 30 March 2026.
After 2-3 days had passed, I contacted support and asked them about my withdrawal status. They told me the withdrawals are successful, but I have not received my withdrawal amounts in my bank account.
I submitted the related bank account PDF to customer service, and they created two tickets on my issue.
Now, 1 month has passed, and I have not received my withdrawals.
Please give me my withdrawal amount in my bank account.
I provided all the related documents.
