Slow to approve and pay AGAIN!

I Put in for withdrawal for $1525.00 back on 4/20/17, and as you know they already have all documents needed to approve my monies, as I am a "VIP" player with several of their casinos, including this one. It seems as though I just cannot get paid unless I put in a complaint! Please, talk to Tawni, in their payment department, regarding this withdrawal...and please see to it that I do not have to wait for another month before receiving my funds!

We would also like to use the occasion and suggest to player to submit new complaint in case something goes wrong with their outstanding payments which were not part of the current complaint.

Yes, I received ONLY ONE check, for $1332, and the additional approved amount of $732 is still outstanding! Why can you not simply combine these withdrawals and pay them together? they were both approved within a matter of days, and now I have to wait at least another week or more for the next check, which makes absolutely NO sense...I really do not wish to hear how "backed up" you are, as you take my money the second I put in my credit card number...and I simply do not accept any excuses as to why a profitable casino group as yours cannot make their payouts in a more timely fashion...I will expect my next payment, along with the rest of my withdrawals that have been approved (see my account with both casinos) to be combined and sent to me by the end of this week...Also, if that is a "problem," then have your third party payor send me two or three checks in one envelope, it does not matter to me, as long as I get my approved amounts sent to me now...I have plans to use my funds, my daughter graduated from college last week and I want to take her on a trip. Please, approve my withdrawals and get them out to me without wait as a favor for my long patience and my "VIP" status...I have several checks already approved and two more awaiting approval. I would be forever grateful if you could be kind enough to expedite my winnings quicker than usual and get them to me so that I might take my daughter on her graduation trip! She has worked hard for five years to earn her degrees, and I am sure you can see how as a single mom I want to congratulate her hard work and her dedication with a lovely trip--thanks in advance for cooperating with me and getting me paid off...

Issues with the withdrawal method via wire transfer

In August, I decided to finally give the promotions a go on the site and deposited 100$ for a 250% deposit bonus match, I think-- some kinda huge match bonus though.

I played through the wagering requirement and also had a manager withdrawal of the coupon $100 from my winnings.

I've been trying to initiate a wire transfer for my winnings. Canadian player here banking with < removed >and also tried < removed > for wire info. After trying < removed > 2x, I contacted support, numerously actually, support stated < removed > does not accept international wire transfers, which doesn't make sense to me because my first time doing a wire transfer, I phoned customer service for < removed > & received all the information I needed for the wire transfer on Palace of Chance.

3rd time asking for support on what banks can accept the wire transfer, the closest answer I received was < removed > .

So I researched CAD banks that accept international wire transfers. I came across that my < removed > account has a wire transfer, and the information is < RBC >, so I sent the new information to POC email support, and once again.. they declined my withdrawal request!!

Not sure what to do from here on.

I even tried to ask if I can just withdraw using Coindraw, as I do have crypto wallets, but bcoz I didn't deposit using crypto, I guess I'm not eligible for that option.

I did make a deposit for confirmation wallet, though a few months back, but the currency is USD and I'm CAD, so the amount was too low for it 🙃
