Withdrawals pending for over 60 days
I have put in multiple withdrawal requests (5), the oldest being for August 28th, and most recent for September 4th.
Total of the withdrawals is $1386.31
They all are still in pending status, and when I have reached out to their customer support on email, I get the promise that they will follow up immediately and they "will request a follow up to our relevant team for an immediate update".
So far, nothing has come of it. I contacted their customer support on Sept 24th, Oct 2nd, Oct 10th and Oct 16th
Then I chatted with them on Oct 28th and Nov 4th, and the agents basically said the same thing: I will request a follow up with the relevant team.
Same responses of and no follow up whatsoever. All withdrawals are still pending and I'm being strung along by them. I wonder what else I can do to get this resolved, and I'm hoping this site can support me.
I have all emails and scripts saved if required for further follow up.
