I made a withdrawal on August 23, 2021 for 1301.00. It says their timeframe for approval is 5 business day. It is now 14 business days.

I went onto live chat a few times and 3 times it was escalated for approval including today and it still just sits there. They always do this and then it takes another month to get paid.

I should've known from previous withdrawals that it would take 2 months to get paid. I am done with them.

I'm pleased to tell you that your payment was sent to our processor, yesterday: 9/13 Paid $1076 + no Service Fee for transaction #86185611. I would expect the funds will reach your account towards the end of this week.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
