I have sent multiple emails and requests over this withdrawal and every single one of them have not been answered. My withdrawal is going on for almost 2 months. Everytime I send an email regarding it they never respond. I have been a customer for over 5 years and this is always an issue. They also disabled my live chat option so I can't even talk to an agent. I'm a vip 3 member and this is how they treat their vip.
