Violation of Withdrawal Approval Terms and Conditions
I have contacted customer support many times about my pending withdrawals and each time I'm told that things are being escalated. They have escalated my withdrawals more than 3 times and yet they still show as pending and nothing has been done about them.
The terms and conditions for the approval of withdrawals state that withdrawals will be approved within 7 business days of the withdrawal request. I made my withdrawals on February 6, 2022. Seven business days from the requested date would have been Tuesday, February 15, 2022.
I have contacted customer support at least 3 times since then each time being told they are being escalated without being given any proof that anything is being done about my withdrawals. They are in violation of their own terms and conditions for the approval and payment of withdrawals. Please help me get the withdrawal payments that are owed to me.
