hello, I made a deposit of $31 (my 1st deposit ever qith them) with a match bonus. I won and played all my requirements ro make a withdraw for $760. I put in a withdraw request and it was denied and my account revoked. when I contacted them to see why I was denied and revoked they said neither the CS agent or his manager can see the decision so they cant tell me why I was denied but it is final and basicly nothing I could about it. i have included the emails from this conversation. I even contacted their CS dept. to ask what i do because i was using my boyfriends debit card to make my deposit and they tomd me it was fine all I had to do was have my boyfriend fill out a separate credit card authorization form giving consent which he did. I did not do anything malicious or fraudulent to be treated this way. I won my money fair and square and honored the playthrough amount. they took my deposit with no problems but will not pay out my winnings I have included all the info I can to support my claim. hope you can get my $760 I am owed thank you in advance.
