POC delayed payment for 8 months

I have been working with the Palace of Chance Casino host Javier Torres since 04/2023. He is a great guy and very responsive. However, he always needs to check with his boss. To date, since April 2023 I have not received any funds from the Palace of Chance winnings.

I have screenshots of everything and having difficulty uploading the files. Everything is lower case so please advise what I am doing wrong

03/24/2023 – Javier (Casino Host) asked if I had a Bitcoin account

04/10/2023 – The casino host stated would work on payouts (this was for Sunrise Casino). They eventually followed through.

04/30/2023 – Requested Palace of Chance withdrawals 6 withdrawals totaling $14,931

05/31/2023 – Sunrise Casino credits started to be paid out via Bitcoin

06/06/2023 – Followed up on original withdrawal request for Palace of Chance $37,500 (I believe I canceled some of the original requests hoping reducing the payout amount would help

08/16/2023 – Clarification on Bitcoin deposit received

08/17/2023 – Casino Host advised finance issues however hopeful requests will be forthcoming

08/30/2023 – Just some chat with Palace of Chance Casino host

09/01/2023 - Just some chat with Palace of Chance Casino host

09/28/2023 – Gift basket sent.

10/09/2023 – Follow-up Palace of Chance Casino host followed up on the withdrawal request

11/23/2023 - Just some chat with Palace of Chance Casino host

11/28/2023 – Stated the Palace of Chance withdrawal request could not be made via Bitcoin and would be made via wire transfer and requested banking information for wires.

11/29/2023 - Requested a copy of my bank statement via pdf

12/01/2023 – Sent note asking status of wire transfers in the Palace of Chance chat room (no copies) and advised I would be updated on What’s App. No response from Palace of Chance Casino Host

I am glad that we all agreed to keep this case open and work toward an acceptable resolution.

Totaling $28,778 to date with another $ZERO$ remaining

It appears the last wire, for the April withdrawal requests, was credited to my account today 1/25/24

Your final payment was sent off to our processor, Monday: 1/22 Paid $4973 + no Service Fee for transactions #114560570 ($2,486.00), #114560569 ($2,487.00). I would expect the funds will reach your account early next week.

Totaling $23,825 to date with another $5,000 remaining

It appears through my POC transaction list the final wire is being queued up to be sent 1/22/2024.

Issues with the withdrawal method via wire transfer

In August, I decided to finally give the promotions a go on the site and deposited 100$ for a 250% deposit bonus match, I think-- some kinda huge match bonus though.

I played through the wagering requirement and also had a manager withdrawal of the coupon $100 from my winnings.

I've been trying to initiate a wire transfer for my winnings. Canadian player here banking with < removed >and also tried < removed > for wire info. After trying < removed > 2x, I contacted support, numerously actually, support stated < removed > does not accept international wire transfers, which doesn't make sense to me because my first time doing a wire transfer, I phoned customer service for < removed > & received all the information I needed for the wire transfer on Palace of Chance.

3rd time asking for support on what banks can accept the wire transfer, the closest answer I received was < removed > .

So I researched CAD banks that accept international wire transfers. I came across that my < removed > account has a wire transfer, and the information is < RBC >, so I sent the new information to POC email support, and once again.. they declined my withdrawal request!!

Not sure what to do from here on.

I even tried to ask if I can just withdraw using Coindraw, as I do have crypto wallets, but bcoz I didn't deposit using crypto, I guess I'm not eligible for that option.

I did make a deposit for confirmation wallet, though a few months back, but the currency is USD and I'm CAD, so the amount was too low for it 🙃
