Hello,
My withdrawal request of $400 since July 22,2010 had been denied and balance was credited back to my account repeatedly. Chat support named Nana informs me they are missimgb credit card auth form which was sent previously via email and I had to forward the same email just to confirm they do have all needed to escalate the process by re-requesting for a withdrawal on Aug14th,2020 for the 3rd time.

Chat support named Nana assured me that she will escalate the process and make sure there will be an follow up within a business day or two but I have not heard back from anyone till now.

It seems that they are coming up with any possible reasons and or excuses to delay and or deny the winnings paid out. It definitely turns me off when they take the deposits instantly but winnings take weeks and months to be paid out if you do get paid out. I have not been making anymore deposits to make sure I get paid for my withdrawal request.

I'm sorry, but I don't have much of a reply for you today. I had a bit of surgery last week and I am slowly getting back to work.
