I had a big win in June 2022, but have only received $7500 so far, my last $2500 withdrawal request was made on 02/19/2023. All documents have been provided multiple times. I have asked on chat multiple times what is taking so long, and they just tell me to wait longer because they are very busy. In the past I have had to send in new documents to verify identity, but everything has been received by them.
