Palace of Chance withdrawal 618 USD refused
In March 2024 I had deposited $54.99 into casino Palace of Chance. I read all of the requirements and verified my identity with them. I was able to successfully play through the play through limitations set by the casino and ended up with approximately $618 that I was able to attempt to withdrawal. However since March I have not been successful receiving my winnings even after many emails and attempts through their customer service live chats. I would be told to resend my bank information to which I complied and then waited again this went on for the next two months until I received an email on May 9th 2024 stating my withdrawal was finally approved and was on its way. After waiting a few days I reached out to their customer support again and was advised that they cancelled my winnings and would be issuing me a refund instead. I am not sure why even after multiple attempts of asking why I am being given a refund instead of the winnings I rightfully won. They stated they already sent the refund so it was already cancelled. I requested the information on what bank it was sent to as I have not received anything from them and was given an account number that did not belong to me. I advised that was not my account number. As I was typing my last message they had asked me which account I was referring to and provided last 4 numbers of two accounts. 15 seconds after they had asked which account out of the two they provided me that I was referring to they ended the chat and locked the conversation from being able to be responded to again. I have provided the entire screen shots of the conversation with customer service and the multiple screenshots of emails and account information.
