Palace of Chance withdrawal 618 USD refused

In March 2024 I had deposited $54.99 into casino Palace of Chance. I read all of the requirements and verified my identity with them. I was able to successfully play through the play through limitations set by the casino and ended up with approximately $618 that I was able to attempt to withdrawal. However since March I have not been successful receiving my winnings even after many emails and attempts through their customer service live chats. I would be told to resend my bank information to which I complied and then waited again this went on for the next two months until I received an email on May 9th 2024 stating my withdrawal was finally approved and was on its way. After waiting a few days I reached out to their customer support again and was advised that they cancelled my winnings and would be issuing me a refund instead. I am not sure why even after multiple attempts of asking why I am being given a refund instead of the winnings I rightfully won. They stated they already sent the refund so it was already cancelled. I requested the information on what bank it was sent to as I have not received anything from them and was given an account number that did not belong to me. I advised that was not my account number. As I was typing my last message they had asked me which account I was referring to and provided last 4 numbers of two accounts. 15 seconds after they had asked which account out of the two they provided me that I was referring to they ended the chat and locked the conversation from being able to be responded to again. I have provided the entire screen shots of the conversation with customer service and the multiple screenshots of emails and account information.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

I have a copy of my bank statement that I will forward onto the Askgamblers management team as it will not let me upload it to here. Regarding your last message the transaction may have been deposited to you on March 21 however you should know that it wouldn’t post on your bank immediately and usually takes a day or two for the transaction to go from pending to posted and cleared. March 23 being the reflected cleared date of payment. Please verify the receiving name that would appear on the bank statement which is also reflecting where said cleared deposit was sent to. Askgamblers please send me an email to the management team to send bank statement to as I do not have direct information to privately email as this Casino has which is concerning as I am also not given said documentation of what the casino claims they have.

What you've presented is not evidence. What you have presented does not show the actual statement, nor does it show the card it relates to. In addition, the date does not match up with the deposit date.

You made a $55 deposit on March 21st, using a Mastercard ending #5584.

Without proper evidence from your bank, your withdrawal will not be paid.

I've sent the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.

Issues with the withdrawal method via wire transfer

In August, I decided to finally give the promotions a go on the site and deposited 100$ for a 250% deposit bonus match, I think-- some kinda huge match bonus though.

I played through the wagering requirement and also had a manager withdrawal of the coupon $100 from my winnings.

I've been trying to initiate a wire transfer for my winnings. Canadian player here banking with < removed >and also tried < removed > for wire info. After trying < removed > 2x, I contacted support, numerously actually, support stated < removed > does not accept international wire transfers, which doesn't make sense to me because my first time doing a wire transfer, I phoned customer service for < removed > & received all the information I needed for the wire transfer on Palace of Chance.

3rd time asking for support on what banks can accept the wire transfer, the closest answer I received was < removed > .

So I researched CAD banks that accept international wire transfers. I came across that my < removed > account has a wire transfer, and the information is < RBC >, so I sent the new information to POC email support, and once again.. they declined my withdrawal request!!

Not sure what to do from here on.

I even tried to ask if I can just withdraw using Coindraw, as I do have crypto wallets, but bcoz I didn't deposit using crypto, I guess I'm not eligible for that option.

I did make a deposit for confirmation wallet, though a few months back, but the currency is USD and I'm CAD, so the amount was too low for it 🙃
