Palace of Chance Casino - Never received approved withdrawal

I had a withdraw ($304 after bonus) that was approved on Aug 13th. It was approved, all of my documents were received, my account verified. I complied with each and every request for documents. I contacted support a few times to check on the withdraw because it was taking so long, and requested the withdraw would be completed in bitcoin (I deposited in bitcoin but the withdraw request only gave me check as an option) and was told that my account was noted and all I had to do was wait for the department to send it. I waited for the 72 hours I was told to during my last conversation with support, and when I tried to log in I found out that they had closed my account! I did not break any terms and the withdraw was approved WELL before my account was closed.

In a nutshell the player(s) have multiple accounts with several of the casinos under our umbrella. This is strictly forbidden and clearly addressed in our Terms and Conditions:

5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.

12. The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your casino account in any circumstances including:
a. If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Casino;

Additional Terms Applicable to ALL Bonuses

2. Each promotional offer is available only once per person, family, household address, email address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.)

Multiple accounts have been opened across our network of casinos, originating from the same IP and device. Additionally, there are instances where the two rules I've posted regarding bonuses were ignored. As this is an issue of player fraud, I cannot go into further detail regarding this.

It is because of this that all accounts involved have been closed and all winnings voided.
