I have been depositing with palace of chance since last year. had never made a withdrawal and finally In july of this year I went to make a withdrawal, sent my documents for verification. 2 weeks later they then sent back that they wanted a photo of me with my id and the newspaper with todays date. I had lost my id by then and due to covid 19 our office to get a new one is closed. they have a selfie of me with it. they have front and back of my id. proof of address in my bank statement AND tax papers. so finally I was able to get thru to a supervisor who agreed to let me send just a selfie with todays newspaoer as a "last verification" . I sent my first documents for verification and withdrawal July 26. it is August 29 and I still am getting the run around. I have all the chat transcripts and screenshots of conversations should there be any descrepancies from them to prove my side

the amount is 150 dollars as was the max on the ndb i used. also, they finally verified me but are still giving me the run around on actually paying me. I only u
se btc so there is no reason i shpuldnt be able to get a payment quickly
