I have been trying to collect my winnings of $2000.00 since Jan 27, 2022.

I have contacted customer service 27 times in regards to my withdrawal request but each time they give me excuse after excuse saying they're escalating the matter. To date, I still have not received my winnings.

A little history here; I have been playing at Palace of Chance and their other casinos for several months. I won a lot over a long period of time. I spent thousands and thousands of dollars at their casinos and was at Level 5 VIP status. The highest VIP status you can have. However, once I started really winning on a regular basis, they quickly switched my account player level to some Expert Master level which changed the entire dynamic of my playing experience and basically rigged the entire system. I was no longer offered regular bonuses like the rest of the public. Ever since I have been limited to 3 bonuses which make it impossible for you to win anything. They also took away my instant withdrawal coin draw privileges with no notice or explanation. I was stripped of my VIP status despite the thousands of dollars I spent each week at their casino. Changing my status and my gameplay and my bonuses tells me this is not a game of luck and that the casino controls the wins. Otherwise, my account would not be in the status it's in and I would not be limited to 3 bonuses while all other players have a multitude of new bonuses every day.

This is not luck. This is structured and a fraud. I would like to collect my last $2,000 win and be on my way.

I apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing with this.

I'd first like to address your accusation that the casino controls the wins. This is patently untrue. When a player's bonuses are limited or removed altogether, this is usually due to wins vs. losses. It can also be due to other reasons, which are identified by a program which identifies those who would be considered 'expert players.' For obvious reasons, I cannot discuss what is involved in defining what makes an 'expert player,' nor can I tell you why your bonuses have been reduced. The best person to discuss this would be your VIP Manager. In any case, I've been in the industry more than 20 years now and I can tell you that any online casino (whether in our network or not), will reduce or block (or in some cases offer better) bonuses, based upon the player's history.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.

Issues with the withdrawal method via wire transfer

In August, I decided to finally give the promotions a go on the site and deposited 100$ for a 250% deposit bonus match, I think-- some kinda huge match bonus though.

I played through the wagering requirement and also had a manager withdrawal of the coupon $100 from my winnings.

I've been trying to initiate a wire transfer for my winnings. Canadian player here banking with < removed >and also tried < removed > for wire info. After trying < removed > 2x, I contacted support, numerously actually, support stated < removed > does not accept international wire transfers, which doesn't make sense to me because my first time doing a wire transfer, I phoned customer service for < removed > & received all the information I needed for the wire transfer on Palace of Chance.

3rd time asking for support on what banks can accept the wire transfer, the closest answer I received was < removed > .

So I researched CAD banks that accept international wire transfers. I came across that my < removed > account has a wire transfer, and the information is < RBC >, so I sent the new information to POC email support, and once again.. they declined my withdrawal request!!

Not sure what to do from here on.

I even tried to ask if I can just withdraw using Coindraw, as I do have crypto wallets, but bcoz I didn't deposit using crypto, I guess I'm not eligible for that option.

I did make a deposit for confirmation wallet, though a few months back, but the currency is USD and I'm CAD, so the amount was too low for it 🙃
