I just want my winnings, which I'm entitled to
On 5/13/24, I requested the withdrawl of my winnings which at the time was $63 US Dollars, a month later and I did not receive any winnings or email that would explain the delay. I did finally receive one stating the amount needs to be $100 minimum (I forgot I used a free chip). At this point of my situation, I have provided my documentations and my CashApp bitcoin wallet address. Now, since 6/13/24 all I have been given is the runaround and reverifing my bitcoin wallet address. Finally on 7/15/24, two months after my initial request, was I informed that my Cash App bit coin wallet could not be used. While chatting with customer service representative (csr), I opened a bitcoin wallet and was once again told check back in 48 hrs. Today 7/17/24, is 48 hrs, once again the csr told me check back in 48 hrs.
I just want my winnings, which I'm entitled to with no bitcoin fee because it was my first withdrawal of the month and the amount now stands at $153. I am throwing in my white flag because of the lack of communication this so called online business.
